Definitions

1. Website: The website aliiq.me and its related pages, forms, and services.
2. Owner/Service Provider: Me, Ali Waleed (known as Ali Aliraqi/Aliiq).
3. User: Any person who browses the website, creates an account, requests a service, or uses published projects.
4. Projects: Games, applications, tools, files, or add-ons that I may provide through the website.
5. Data: Any information that identifies you or may be linked to you directly or indirectly, or technical data related to website usage.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to the website, its services, and its projects provided through the website, unless a separate privacy policy is published for a specific project. Where a project-specific privacy policy exists, the project policy applies to that project within its scope.

Infrastructure and Hosting

The website is operated on hosting/server infrastructure provided by a hosting provider. I do not use Cloudflare at this time. Some technical data may be processed by the hosting servers as a natural part of operating and securing the website (such as basic server logs).

Age

Creating an account or using account features is not permitted for anyone under 13 years of age. If it becomes clear to me that an account belongs to a person under the allowed age, I have the right to suspend or delete the account and take appropriate actions to protect users and comply with the website policies.

Data I May Collect

Account and Registration Data

When you create an account or log in, I may collect data such as: username, email address, password (handled as encrypted/hashed text within the system according to available security mechanisms), and any optional profile data you add such as social links or other identification fields that may be made available later.

Optional Profile Data

The website may allow you to add optional fields in your profile (such as social links or other identifying information). Providing this data is optional, and you are responsible for choosing what you wish to share.

Contact Data

When you use the contact page or send an inquiry, I may collect the data you enter such as: name (if provided), email address, message subject, message body, and any other information you choose to share.

Contact messages may be sent to my email, and may also be stored in the website database for follow-up, documentation of communications, and improving support quality.

Orders and Service Data

When you request a service (consulting/auditing/programming or others), I may collect data related to the request such as: service details, description of the issue or requirements, links, notes, and other data necessary to deliver the service according to the agreement.

User-Uploaded Files

Some forms may require uploading files, images, or documents (such as proof of payment or files related to a service). You are responsible for ensuring that the files you upload do not contain unnecessary sensitive data or information that you do not have the right to share.

Upload limits (file types, size, and count) vary depending on the type of service or project, and are clarified within the upload form or the service/project page when needed. Commonly allowed types may include: images (such as JPG/PNG/WebP), PDF files, text documents, and any other types specified for each service/project.

Payment Data and Proof of Payment

Since payment may be manual at this time, I may collect the proof of payment you upload (such as a receipt image or file) and any information it may include (such as amount, date, and transfer reference as shown on the receipt). This data is used to confirm the order, complete the transaction, and link it to the correct order.

Technical Data and Usage Logs

I may automatically collect technical data related to your use of the website such as: IP address, browser type, operating system (if available), pages visited, date and time of visit, session identifiers, and diagnostic data that helps with security and performance improvement.

How I Use Your Data

1. Creating accounts, managing logins, and providing account features.
2. Processing requests, delivering services, and providing reports or service outputs when needed.
3. Confirming manual payments, verifying proof of payment, and linking it to orders.
4. Responding to your messages and inquiries via the contact page and following up on them (including storing them in the database for documentation purposes).
5. Improving user experience, website performance, and content through internal analytics.
6. Protection, fraud prevention, misuse prevention, and detection of suspicious activities.
7. Sending newsletter messages to subscribers (with the ability to unsubscribe).
8. Complying with legal obligations and enforcing the Terms of Service in case of violations.

Newsletter

The newsletter is currently available. When you subscribe, I may use your email address to send updates such as: new articles, service updates, project updates, or important notices (including policy updates when needed).

You may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link/option inside the messages, or by contacting me through the contact page.

I do not target third-party advertising through the newsletter, and I do not sell the mailing list to any entity.

Cookies

I use cookies and/or similar technologies to operate certain features, such as keeping you logged in, saving user preferences (such as language or interface settings if available), and supporting internal analytics.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may cause some website functions to stop working (such as logging in or saving preferences).

Internal Analytics

I use internal analytics tools specific to the website (not through a third party) to understand page usage and improve performance and user experience. Analytics data may include indicators such as visit counts, most visited pages, browsing duration, and general technical information.

Some analytics may be linked to the user account (such as tracking use of certain account features or linking certain events to a user identifier for security and improvement purposes), and some other analytics may be general and not linked to the account (such as general website visit statistics).

Who Can Access the Data

Access to user data is limited to the owner (Ali Waleed) and to the minimum necessary for operations and support. If maintenance or technical support requires limited operational access to a helper entity, it will be on a need-to-know basis and with the narrowest possible scope.

Sharing Data with Other Parties

I do not sell user data and I do not share it for advertising purposes. Some data may be shared at the minimum necessary with infrastructure and operational providers only when needed, such as:

1. The hosting provider or servers or technical protection provider (to operate and secure the website).
2. The email or delivery provider (when sending messages or the newsletter as available).

Data Security

I take reasonable security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, or leakage, such as restricting access to data and operational measures to limit misuse.

However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Your use of the website is at your own responsibility, and a security breach beyond full control may occur despite precautions.

Data Retention

I retain data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, such as operating the account, delivering services, documenting orders, preventing misuse, or complying with legal requirements.

Organizational Examples of Retention Periods

1. Account Data: remains as long as the account is active, and may be deleted or reduced upon a deletion request as described in the account deletion section.
2. Contact Messages: are sent to my email and also stored in the website database, and may be kept for a reasonable period for follow-up and documentation, then deleted or archived as needed.
3. Order Data and Reports: may be retained for a reasonable period after service completion to support follow-up and support, or as needed for documentation.
4. Manual Payment Proof: may be retained for a reasonable period to document the transaction and handle any disputes or follow-ups related to the order.
5. Technical and Security Logs: may be retained for reasonable operational periods for protection, troubleshooting, and misuse prevention.

Backups

Periodic backups are created and retained for one month. After one month, older backups are deleted and the newest backups are retained within the backup cycle.

This may mean that some data may remain in backups temporarily even after it is deleted from the main system, until older backups are replaced according to the backup cycle described above.

Account Deletion and Data Deletion

Currently, account deletion requests are made by contacting me through the contact page on the website. I may request information to verify identity before executing a deletion request, to protect the account owner’s privacy.

When an account is deleted, I aim to delete data associated with it as much as possible, while I may retain some necessary records for security, financial, or legal purposes, and in a way that supports the proper operation of the website.

Some data traces may remain in backups for up to one month at most according to the backup cycle, before older backups are replaced and the newest backups are retained.

User Rights

You may contact me through the contact page to request the following, as available and reasonable:

1. Request access to your data or clarification of the type of data that may be stored.
2. Request correction of inaccurate data.
3. Request deletion of the account/data within the available limits.
4. Unsubscribe from the newsletter.

I may verify identity before executing some requests, especially requests related to deletion or providing data.

Project Privacy

The way data is collected within some projects (such as tools, applications, or games) may differ depending on their nature. If a specific project collects additional data or uses special mechanisms, a project-specific privacy policy may be published or it may be clarified on the project page.

If communication features such as chat become available within a project in the future, communication data may be handled to operate the feature, protect users, and investigate reports when needed, as clarified in the project policy or its terms.

Applicable Law

This policy is interpreted and applied under Iraqi law, and in a manner consistent with the website’s Terms of Service.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

I may update this policy when needed. When significant changes are made, I may publish an announcement or an article explaining the updates. Your continued use of the website after the update is published means you have reviewed the updated version.

Governing Language

The Arabic language is the official governing version. An English version may be provided for convenience, and in case of conflict, the Arabic text shall prevail.
