It is strictly prohibited to decompile any project, tool, or component affiliated with the website, or attempt to extract the source code, internal files, or technical secrets, or perform reverse engineering, or bypass protection systems, or disable verification systems, or circumvent licensing mechanisms, or misuse APIs (if any), or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the projects’ or services’ assets or infrastructure.

No exception to this prohibition applies unless with my explicit and prior authorization, me, Ali Waleed (known as Ali Aliraqi/Aliiq), and according to the scope, limits, and conditions I specify, and according to the project license adopted by me. Any use or access attempt outside this authorization is considered an explicit violation of these terms and exposes its owner to the stated actions, including deletion, banning, and legal action.

The standards and restrictions related to access to these parts, data, or interfaces are determined by the owner of the website, projects, services, and their assets, and these terms and any dispute regarding them are subject to Iraqi law and judicial jurisdiction in the Republic of Iraq as stated in this agreement.

Security and User Responsibility for Their Device

You are responsible for the security of your device, passwords, and technical environment. I do not guarantee that the project is 100% free of vulnerabilities, and I will work to address known issues when discovered as reasonably possible.

Project Availability and Continuity

Service Terms (Consulting, Auditing, Programming)

1. I provide consulting, auditing, and programming services depending on the selected service type.
2. Some services are consulting/auditing services and do not include coding implementation unless programming is within the scope of the service or explicitly agreed upon in the order.
3. Services may be: one-time purchase, scheduled booking, subscription (if available).

Payment and Proof of Payment

1. Currently available payment methods are manual: after completing the order through the website, the client transfers the amount and then uploads the receipt/proof of payment through the invoice form to confirm the order.
2. Service execution or booking confirmation does not begin/finalize until payment is confirmed according to the mechanism explained on the website.
3. The primary currency is Iraqi Dinar (IQD), and I also accept payment in US Dollar (USD) depending on what appears in the service or invoice.

Pricing

1. Prices may be fixed or variable depending on the type of service and its requirements.
2. I have the right to change prices at any time. Usually, the price shown at the time the order is created applies to that order unless otherwise stated on the service page or during the agreement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Booking Services: The client is entitled to a refund if the booking is canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment.
2. One-Time Purchase or Subscription Services: The client may request a refund before the order status changes, as shown in the order status on the website.
3. Some cases may be excluded depending on the nature of the service or if work has already started, and this will be clarified in the service description or service agreement.

Appointments and Rescheduling

1. For booking services, the appointment is scheduled once.
2. Rescheduling is allowed only once within two days or depending on available time.
3. Failure of the client to commit to the time or provide required materials may affect completion of the service or report quality, or cause delays in execution.

Service Delivery and Reports

1. The delivery method varies depending on the type of service.
2. If the service includes a written report, I provide it based on my expertise, perspective, and actual use of the product from the point of view of a real user, and it will be comprehensive according to the agreed service type.
3. Delivery time is according to the agreement and service description.

Client Requirements and Cooperation

Some services require that the client provide me with data, files, images, or access permissions. Failure to provide these requirements may lead to delays in execution, reduced report accuracy, or incomplete service delivery.

Acceptable and Prohibited Use

Using the website or projects for any unlawful or harmful purpose is prohibited, including:

2. Fraud, impersonation, or using others’ information without right.

If I receive a report from the original owner of the data/identity, or their legal representative, stating that an account, content, or use involves impersonation or unlawful use of their data, I have the right to take appropriate action immediately, including restricting, suspending, or deleting the account. I may do so without needing the consent of the violating user or any other party, provided that the reporter’s identity has been sufficiently and reasonably verified at my discretion.

3. I may mention the client’s name or logo as a previous client only with their approval.

Account Suspension and Actions for Violations
